What would you ask the Army Chief of Staff if you had a chance to ask him anything you wanted too?
At Family Forum IV the Survivors in attendance had that chance. Some of them just wanted to tell their story and others had issues that they wanted him to be aware of. The day started with a trip to Arlington National Cemetary and a wreath laying at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in memory of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The wreath arrived late and MG Jones got stuck at the gate, both of those were not good signs. After the wreath laying the Survivor's were bussed to the convention center for Family Forum IV, some of the Survivor's chose to stay back to visit their loved ones- the bus came back to pick them up but not before they got soaking wet in a rainstorm.
Luckily, those were the only hickups we had. The Family Forum went very well and everybody got home safely.
