Where can I obtain preventive health care information, to include information on personal wellness?
Health officials at your local Military Treatment Facility (MTF) or civilian health care provider can address your questions/concerns regarding preventive health care and personal wellness. Additionally, there are other civilian agencies that can provide assistance as well as a variety of material at your local library or on the Internet. There are also many online resources such as Medline Plus (www.hlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/), a website provided by the National Library of Medicine and the National Institutes of Health and the Army's Hooah 4 Health site (www.hooah4health.com).
