What is the Non-commissioned Officers' Wives' Club (NCOWC)?  
The Non-Commissioned Officers' Wives' Club (NCOWC) is a private club whose membership includes the spouses of non-commissioned officers. NCOWCs are usually formed to provide social interaction for its members as well as opportunities to serve the local military community such as fund-raisers to provide scholarships for dependents of military personnel, needed equipment for community youth groups, etc.
