What is the Officers' Wives Club?  
The Officers' Wives' Club (OWC), sometimes know as the Officers' and Civilian Spouses' Club (OCSC) is a private club whose membership includes the spouses of officers and senior DoD/DA civilian employees, in the case of an OCSC. These clubs are usually formed to provide social interaction for its members as well as opportunities to serve the local military community such as fund-raisers to provide scholarships for dependents of military personnel, needed equipment for community youth groups, etc.
