Is the content supported by references to other content?

• Are those references noteworthy, meaning have you heard of them before, and consider them valid reference sources?

Are there any reviews of the site or the site content? Has the site been annotated by an expert at one of the subject directories?

Does someone or some company claim responsibility for the content? Again, the source should be identified.
