Protection from Hackers

In the previous lessons, you learned broadband Internet connections are always on...keeping your computer connected to the Internet.

Because they are connected, other people on the the Internet can "attack" your computer. Sometimes this is done so they can use your computer's resources for their purposes. Other times, it could be to get information about you.
