U.S. Army Wounded Warrior Program

The Army Wounded Warrior Program (AW2) provides severely disabled Soldiers and their families with a system of advocacy and personal follow-up to assist them through rehabilitation as they transition from military service to the civilian community.



Soldier and Family Assistance Center

Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC) services are tailored and responsive to the needs of the Warriors in Transition (WTs) and their Families. SFAC sites provide a warm, relaxed environment where Soldiers and their Families can gather to foster physical, spiritual and mental healing.



Proponency Office for Rehabilitation and Reintegration

Proponency Office for Rehabilitation and Reintegration (PR&R) was established in 2007 to institute Army-wide strategic planning, guidance, and standards of care for rehabilitation and transition of injured Soldiers, including those with traumatic brain injury (TBI), amputations, polytrauma, vision and hearing impairments, burns, chronic and acute musculoskeletal injuries, and functional limitation related to combat stress/post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).



Wounded Warrior Project

The mission of the Wounded Warrior Project is to honor and empower wounded The purpose of WWP is to raise awareness and enlist the public’s aid for the needs of severely injured service men and women,to help severely injured service members aid and assist each other, and to provide unique, direct programs and services to meet the needs of severely injured service members.The Wounded Warrior Project (WWP) was founded on the principle that veterans are our nation's greatest citizens. The WWP seeks to assist those men and women of our armed forces who have been severely injured during the conflicts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other locations around the world.



Still Serving Veterans

Still Serving Veterans empowers wounded Veterans, and their families, by helping them reintegrate into the workforce and community via counseling, coaching, guiding, job transition, and assistance in obtaining all Veterans Administration (VA) benefits to which they are entitled.

Thousands of American’s who went overseas to protect us by fighting the war on terror have had their lives ripped apart. They're service members with diverse dreams that range from going to college, to raising a family, to life-long military service. They have various backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Their plans, dreams, and careers have been disrupted as a result of tragic injuries while serving all of us in America. Some have lost limbs; others have disabling injuries; still others suffer emotional trauma.
