Family Programs
Army Family Programs offer a comprehensive array of programs and services dedicated to maintaining the readiness of Soldiers, Families and communities. It is the commander's principal Family readiness agency, providing comprehensive, coordinated, and responsive services that promote self-reliance, resiliency, and stability.

The Army Family Action Plan (AFAP) provides a way for Soldiers and Family members to let Army leadership know what works, what doesn't―and what they think will fix it. Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is a volunteer-led organization with a central tenet: provide training and knowledge to spouses and family members to support the total Army effort. Survivor Outreach Services is committed to serving the families of fallen warriors by providing access to support, information, and services. The Virtual Soldier and Family Assistance Center (SFAC) was developed by the Army to give wounded and injured Soldiers and their Families the leadership and care they expect and deserve.
